Lydia Dubon has held leadership positions at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory in the area of ground data systems engineering for NASA flight projects, most recently as Ground Data System Development Manager for the InSight Project. She has extensive experience in ground systems delivery management and engineering throughout the mission lifecycle.
